What we do
Enduring Ventures is a permanent-capital holding company based in Singapore. We acquire and steward profitable industrial and B2B businesses across Southeast Asia from founders looking for succession, and we hold them indefinitely. We deploy primarily our own capital to fund these acquisitions.
The co-investment invitation
On select acquisitions, we invite a limited number of aligned family offices and partners to co-invest on the same terms we transact on, including the same rights and economics.
What we are looking for
We count it a privilege to steward these businesses that we acquire, and want to foster long-term growth and advance the common good.
We are looking for family offices and partners who are aligned with us on values. We are building for decades, and our partners need to share our time horizon and vision for the work we are doing.
What we do not do
We do not operate a pooled fund. We do not take carry on a fund vehicle. We do not publicly offer any securities. Terms, economics, and management reporting are determined individually for each particular deal.
